Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, APEX AUTOMATION receives the contact, company and process details you provide. These are used to respond, evaluate your application and follow up on the discussion. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential technical documents in the form.
Storage and service providers
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress database with restricted administrator access. Email notifications may contain inquiry details. If customer-support or workflow services are configured, inquiry details may be passed to those services to manage the same discussion. Operational server logs may be maintained by the hosting provider.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp and email links open third-party services. Information you choose to send through them is handled under those providers’ terms and privacy practices. Opening a link does not prove that a message has been sent or received.
Optional measurement and chat
The website includes settings for optional analytics, advertising measurement and a support widget. When configured, these optional scripts load only after you choose “Allow optional tools.” You can change your choice using “Privacy choices.” Inquiry submission and direct contact links remain available without enabling optional tools.
Your choices
You can ask about the inquiry information associated with your email address, request corrections or request deletion where applicable by contacting 8483454@gmail.com. Operational or legal retention needs will be considered when responding. The website does not require an account to send an inquiry.
Technical security
The form uses encrypted HTTPS transport on the production website, server-side validation and restricted inquiry access. No internet service can promise absolute security. Share confidential material only after agreeing an appropriate channel.
